Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist and support entrepreneurs with tasks/ deliverables within (the coaches) domains throughout the business acceleration program
• Provide, online or in-person, a one-hour coaching session per startup per week for at least 16 weeks
• Explore the business and technology challenges they are facing and work with HASSAD team and the mentorship network to overcome such challenges and support their thinking on ways to progress
• Connect the entrepreneurs with mentors and follow up on the mentorship process and outcome
• Support thinking around core business and technology decisions
• Take charge and deliver on your own; be proactive and independent
• Check-in and follow-up regularly with the startups and HASSAD’s team
• Help startups dive deep into solving problems about their business model

Experience

• 4+ years industry experience
• High level of experience in business and/or technology driven organisations
• Worked in business and/or tech roles in both startups and/or corporates
• Consulting experience will be an advantage
• A previous experience of successful agri business and technology coaching is a plus
• Strong and proven writing and communication skills
• Knowledgeable of the accelerator market and passionate about startups

Level of effort required

• One hour per week to meet with the startup, a coach can work with 2 startups
• Report the progress of the session on a report template by HASSAD
• This is a voluntary task and there is not financial compensation for it
